大麻冥想坐墊組 Zafu 與 Zabuton - 大麻布料、有機蕎麥殼

I've been using this set for a few weeks now, and the hemp fabric is surprisingly breathable and durable — no pilling at all. The zabuton pad gives just enough cushion for my knees during longer sits, which was my main worry.

The buckwheat hulls in the zafu actually mold to your sit bones instead of fighting them, and the zabuton underneath keeps my ankles from going numb during longer sits. Thirty minutes in and my hips still feel fine, which never happened with my old foam cushion.

I've been sitting cross-legged on a stack of pillows for years and my lower back always complained by the ten minute mark. Two weeks on the buckwheat zafu and the difference is real, it molds to you instead of fighting back. The zabuton underneath keeps my ankles from going numb too.
