Description

Premium Meditation Cushion Set with Zafu & Zabuton

This meditation cushion set includes a zafu and zabuton designed to work together for full-body support during seated meditation. The zafu supports the spine and hips, while the zabuton cushions knees, ankles, and legs from hard or cold floors.

The zafu is filled with 100% organic buckwheat hulls for firm, adjustable support. The zabuton is filled with soft cotton batting and hand tufted to stay evenly padded. Together, they create a stable and comfortable meditation seat.

Made in the USA, this zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set is ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners seeking longer, more focused meditation sessions.

Jason J. ★★★★★

I've been using this set for a few weeks now, and the hemp fabric is surprisingly breathable and durable — no pilling at all. The zabuton pad gives just enough cushion for my knees during longer sits, which was my main worry.

Christopher ★★★★★

The buckwheat hulls in the zafu actually mold to your sit bones instead of fighting them, and the zabuton underneath keeps my ankles from going numb during longer sits. Thirty minutes in and my hips still feel fine, which never happened with my old foam cushion.

Matthew ★★★★★

I've been sitting cross-legged on a stack of pillows for years and my lower back always complained by the ten minute mark. Two weeks on the buckwheat zafu and the difference is real, it molds to you instead of fighting back. The zabuton underneath keeps my ankles from going numb too.
